More Wierd News

  • Streakers are now museum exhibits, at least in Germany, where a museum visitor removed his clothing and declared himself to be a “guest exhibit” among antique pictures of Jesus Christ at the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum in Cologne. Good for the guest that this didn’t take place later in the year, when he would have been a shruken exhibit.
  • American rapists should borrow a page from the French playbook, and plant other mens sperm. From the article:

    A 48-YEAR-OLD Frenchman who is accused of rape collected other men’s sperm from used condoms and left traces at the crime scene in order to confuse police, justice officials said today.

    Terps be warned: lock up your used condoms.

  • Witches can get tax breaks for magical training, at least in the Netherlands. The issue was raised by a Dutch actress, who enrolled in a course on potions and spells. I wonder if Hogwarts is tax deductible……
  • Hurrican Rita made unlikely bedfellows of a cat and a squirrel. The squirrel, orphaned by the storm, was taken in and nursed by the cat along with its own kittens. I still hate cats
  • Wal-Mart rolls back college degrees as well as prices, but it doesnt roll back the prices of degrees, at least not mine. Wal-Mart heiress Elizabeth Laurie apprently paid Elena Martinez $20,000 over almost 4 years to write term papers and complete other assignments. Laurie is the grand daughter of Wal-Mart co-founder Bud Walton. Her surrendered degree was in Communication from the USC Annenberg School. Communication is still a joke major.
